The ampersand, a symbol representing the word “and,” embodies the essence of unity and connection. Its elegant form suggests the harmonious merging of ideas, people, or concepts, emphasizing collaboration and partnership. In the realm of language, the ampersand stands as a typographic bridge, symbolizing the intertwined nature of relationships and the power of togetherness.

Ampersands & Dingbats celebrates the glass community of Victoria and explores a series of artistic glass expressions through various innovative techniques such as laser cut kiln carving, lenticular fusing and screen-printing.
